Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Printercare365. We aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase or service experience. However, if you are not completely happy for any reason, you may return your item for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please review the full policy below.

1. RETURNS

All eligible returns must be initiated within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Returned items must be:

  • In new, unused condition
  • In their original packaging
  • With all original labels, accessories, and documentation

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To begin a return, you must first contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 1 – Request an RMA

Email us at service@printercare365.com to receive your RMA number.

Step 2 – Pack Your Item

Place the item securely in its original packaging and include:

  • Your RMA number
  • Proof of purchase

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

3. REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

Please allow:

  • Up to 7 days for us to process your refund or exchange after receiving your return
  • 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your card statement (depending on your payment provider)

You will be notified by email once your refund has been successfully processed.

4. EXCEPTIONS

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging or documentation
  • Consumables (ink, toner, cartridges) that have been opened or used

For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
