Refund & Return Policy – Printercare365

Thank you for choosing Printercare365. We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase or service experience. If you are not fully happy for any reason, you may request a return for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please review the policy below.

1. RETURNS

Return requests must be initiated within seven (7) days from the purchase date.

Returned items must be:

  • In new, unused condition
  • In their original packaging
  • With all original labels, accessories, and documentation

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund, exchange, or credit.

2.  RETURN PROCESS

To begin the return process, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 1 – Request an RMA

Email us at service@printercare365.com to request your RMA number.

Step 2 – Pack Your Item

Securely place the item in its original packaging and include:

  • Your RMA number
  • Proof of purchase

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

Please allow:

  • Up to 7 working days for us to process your refund or exchange
  • 1–2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your statement
    (This may vary depending on your payment provider.)

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.

4. EXCEPTIONS

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items missing original packaging or documentation
  • Opened or used consumables (including ink, toner, and cartridges)

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
