AGREEMENT TO TERMS

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Printercare365 is not liable for:

  • Lost profits or business interruption
  • Errors or defects in service
  • Unauthorized access to your data
  • Damage caused by third parties

Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days.

INDEMNIFICATION
